【摘要】:Introduction8212;Munumbers(frictionvalues)measuredbyCFMEcanbeusedasguidelinesforevaluatingthesurfacefrictiondeteriorationofrunwaypavementsandforidentifyingappropriatecorrectiveactionsrequiredforsafeaircraftoperations.TheoriginallevelswerebasedontheworkoftheFAA/AS-90-1(3).ThereportstatesthatbasedonfrictionvaluesfromaMuMeterMarkIIusingDunloptires,andtestsconductedbyNASAinthe1970susingaBoeing727,Table1ofMuMeterfrictionlevelclassificationsforrunwaypavementsurfaceswasestablishedforfrictionmeasurementsattestspeedsof65Km/hr.Additionally,testswereconductedagainwiththeMuMeterMarkIIoutfittedwiththeDicotireat95Km/h.ThenasecondordercorrelationwasperformedfortheMuMeteroperatingat95Km/handat65Km/hresultinginthevaluesshowninTable2.ThesevalueswerethenfixedandusedwithcorrelationsofotherCFMEstoestablishthepresentmaintenancelevelsgiveninTable3.2ofFAAAdvisoryCircularAC/150/5320-12.FromtheWallops1993data,theIFIvalueswerecalculatedandthe65Km/hrdatainTable2wasusedtocalculatetheFM60valueforeachlevel.ThedataforthetwospeedsforthefourCFMEsintheFAAreport(3)wereusedtoestablishtheSMpvaluesforeachlevel.Thenanewlevel,NewGrooved,wasaddedbasedonthedifferencesofgroovedandun-groovedsitesattheNASAWallopstestfacility.Table3isalistofthesevaluestobethestandardvaluesFM60andSMpforanyfuturecalibrationofCFME.Airports8212;Routinetestingiscarriedoutinordertoobtaindataforschedulingremedialworkontherunwaysurface.Asinglerunoneithersideofthecenterlinemayberegardedassufficientorasetofrunscoveringthewholewidthoftherunwaymaybepreferred.At3mspacing,thefrictionmapwhichcanbepreparedfromasetofrunsofthiskindprovidesexcellentinformationonrubberbuildupandsurfacepolishing.Standardtestspeedsaretypically65km/hror95km/hrandstandardtestwaterfilmthicknessistypically1mm.TABLE1OriginalMuMeterFrictionClassificationsofRunwayPavementSurfacesfor65km/hrTestSpeedMuValue
