【摘要】:Duetothehighairtightnessofwindowsandexternaldoorsasrequiredinthethermalinsulationregulations,thisstandarddoesnotgiveanyinformationonconstructionswithshaftsaboveroofsandairsupplyfromadjacentroomsalthoughtheseconstructionswereappliedfrequentlyandwithgoodresultsinthepast.Sincetheproblemofventilationofdwellingsrequiresgeneralregulation,thereisatendencytowardsrestandardizationofconstructionswithshaftsroofsandairsupplyfromadjacentroofsifitcanbeassuredthattheairsupplynecessaryforinsidebathroomsandWCscanbetakenfromthedwelling.

【摘要】:GlassfiberreinforcingmeshesareusedtostrengthenEIFS.Thereinforcingmeshesareembeddedintobasecoatsthatcontainportlandcement,whichpotentiallyexposestheglassfibersinthereinforcingmeshestoweakeningbytheactionofalkali.Thebreakingforcefollowingalkaliexposureasdeterminedbythismethod,isafactorusedtocomparativelyevaluatethealkaliresistanceofEIFSglassfiberreinforcingmeshesinthelaboratory.Thistestmethoddoesnotpurporttosimulatetheconditionsthatmaybeencounteredinservice.TheperformanceofanEIFSisafunctionofmanyfactors,suchasproperinstallation,rigidityofsupportingconstructionandresistanceoftheEIFStodeteriorationbyothercauses.1.1Thistestmethodcoversproceduresfordeterminingthebreakingforceofglassfibermeshfollowingtheirconditioninginanalkalisolution.ThemethodisapplicabletoglassfibermeshusedinClassPBExteriorInsulationandFinishSystems(EIFS)withbasecoatsthatcontainportlandcementasaningredient.1.2Breakingforceisexpressedbothasforceperunitwidthofmeshandasapercentageofthebreakingforceofthemeshthathasnotbeenexposedtoalkaliconditioning.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
