【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifiestheformatandgenerationrulesthatenableuserstoproduce128-bitidentifiersthatareeitherguaranteedtobegloballyunique,oraregloballyuniquewithahighprobability.TheUUIDsgeneratedinconformancewiththisRecommendation|InternationalStandardaresuitableeitherfortransientuse,withgenerationofanewUUIDevery100nanoseconds,oraspersistentidentifiers.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardisderivedfromearliernon-standardspecificationsofUUIDsandtheirgeneration,andistechnicallyidenticaltothoseearlierspecifications.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifiestheproceduresfortheoperationofaWeb-basedRegistrationAuthorityforUUIDs.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardalsospecifiesandallowstheuseofUUIDs(registeredornotregistered)asOIDcomponentsunderthearc{joint-iso-itu-tuuid(25)}.ThisenablesuserstogenerateOIDswithoutanyregistrationprocedures.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardalsospecifiesandallowstheuseofUUIDs(registeredornotregistered)toformaURN.
