【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62053appliesonlytonewlymanufacturedstaticvar-hourmetersofaccuracyclasses2and3,forthemeasurementofalternatingcurrentelectricalreactiveenergyin50Hzor60Hznetworksanditappliestotheirtypetestsonly.Forpracticalreasons,thisstandardisbasedonaconventionaldefinitionofreactiveenergyforsinusoidalcurrentsandvoltagescontainingthefundamentalfrequencyonly.Itappliesonlytostaticvar-hourmetersforindoorandoutdoorapplicationconsistingofameasuringelementandregister(s)enclosedtogetherinametercase.Italsoappliestooperationindicator(s)andtestoutput(s).Ifthemeterhasameasuringelementformorethanonetypeofenergy(multi-energymeters),orwhenotherfunctionalelements,likemaximumdemandindicators,electronictariffregisters,timeswitches,ripplecontrolreceivers,datacommunicationinterfaces,etc.areenclosedinthemetercase,thentherelevantstandardsfortheseelementsalsoapply.Itdoesnotapplyto:-var-hourmeterswherethevoltageacrosstheconnectionterminalsexceeds600V(line-to-linevoltageformetersforpolyphasesystems);-portablemeters;-datainterfacestotheregisterofthemeter;-referencemeters.ThedependabilityaspectiscoveredbythedocumentsoftheIEC62059series.
