【摘要】:Fieldin-placeCBRtestsareusedforevaluationanddesignofflexiblepavementcomponentssuchasbaseandsubbasecourseandsubgradesandforotherapplications(suchasunsurfacedroads)forwhichCBRisthedesiredstrengthparameter.IfthefieldCBRistobeuseddirectlyforevaluationordesignwithoutconsiderationforvariationduetochangeinwatercontent,thetestshouldbeconductedunderoneofthefollowingconditions:(a)whenthedegreeofsaturation(percentageofvoidsfilledwithwater)is80%orgreater,(b)whenthematerialiscoarsegrainedandcohesionlesssothatitisnotsignificantlyaffectedbychangesinwatercontent,or(c)whenthesoilhasnotbeenmodifiedbyconstructionactivitiesduringthetwoyearsprecedingthetest.Inthelast-namedcase,thewatercontentdoesnotactuallybecomeconstant,butgenerallyfluctuateswithinarathernarrowrange.Therefore,thefieldin-placetestdatamaybeusedtosatisfactorilyindicatetheaverageload-carryingcapacity.Anyconstructionactivities,suchasgradingorcompacting,carriedoutsubsequenttothebearingratiotestwillprobablyinvalidatetheresultsofthetest.Note18212;Fieldin-placetestsareusedtodeterminetherelativestrengthofsoils,subbase,andsomebasematerialsintheconditionatwhichtheyexistatthetimeoftesting.Suchresultshavedirectapplicationintestsectionworkandinsomeexpedientconstruction,military,orsimilaroperations.Also,asindicatedin3.1,fieldin-placetestscanbeusedfordesignunderconditionsofnominalstabilityofwater,density,andgeneralcharacteristicsofthematerialtested.However,anysignificanttreating,disturbing,handling,compaction,orwaterchangecanaffectthesoilstrengthandmakethepriortotestdeterminationinapplicable,leadingtotheneedforretestandreanalysis.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheCaliforniaBearingRatio(CBR)ofsoiltestedinplacebycomparingthepenetrationloadofthesoiltothatofastandardmaterial.Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftherelativequalityofsubgradesoils,butisapplicabletosubbaseandsomebase-coursematerials.Thistestmethodisdesignedtotestin-situmaterialsandcorrespondstoTestMethodD1883.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61097specifiestheminimumoperationalandperformancerequirements,technicalcharacteristics,methodsoftestingandrequiredtestresultsofthesatelliteemergencypositionindicatingradiobeaconusedintheInmarsat-Esatellitesystem(satelliteEPIRB),asrequiredbyRegulationIV/7.1.6ofthe1988amendmentstothe1974InternationalConventionforSafetyofLifeatSea(SOLAS),andwhichisassociatedwithIEC60945.WhenarequirementinthisstandardisdifferentfromIEC60945,therequirementinthisstandardshalltakeprecedence.ThisstandardincorporatestheperformancestandardsofIMOResolutionsA.662(16)andA.812(19).ItalsoincorporatestherelevantITURadio-RegulationsandthetechnicalcharacteristicsforsatelliteEPIRBsascontainedinRecommendationITU-RM632-2(formerlyCCIRRecommendation632),andtakesaccountofthegeneralrequirementscontainedinIMOResolutionA.694(17),asdetailedinIEC60945.ThisstandarddoesnotincorporatetheInmarsatsystemrequirementsneededforInmarsattypeapprovalandforwhichthelatesteditionoftheInmarsat-ESystemdefinitionmanualshouldbeconsulted.WhenarequirementinthisstandardisdifferentfromthatintheInmarsat-ESystemdefinitionmanual,referenceshallbemadetothemostrecentIMOandITUapplicabledocumentstoresolvethedifficulty.ThisstandardcoversthefollowingcategoriesofsatelliteEPIRB:Category1-SatelliteEPIRBwithpositionupdatingfromtheship'snavigationalinstallationand9GHzSART.Category2-SatelliteEPIRBwithpositionupdatingfromanintegralfacilityforautomaticpositionupdating.Category1or2withtheadditionofa121,5MHzhomingtransmitter.Category1or2withremotecontrolmeetingtherequirementsofRegulationIVsubclauses10.1.4.3and10.2.3.2.2ofthe1988amendmentstothe1974SOLASConvention.BothcategoriesofEPIRBsaretobeconsideredas"portable",asdefinedinIEC60945exceptasrequiredin5.18.2forthereleasemechanism.Theremotecontrolunit,ifincluded,shallbeconsideredas"protected"equipment.ThisstandardalsoincludesminimumperformancestandardsforamanuallyactivatedsatelliteEPIRBwithoutfloat-freereleasemechanism(seeannexC).PreconditioningasdefinedinIEC60945isnotrequiredbeforebeginningthetypetestingprocedure.Alltextofthisstandard,thewordingofwhichisidenticaltothatintheIMOSOLASConventionasamendedandIMOResolutionsA.658(16),A.662(16),A.694(17),A.702(17)andA.812(19),andRecommendationITU-RM.632-2(formerlyCCIRRecommendation632)willbeprintedinitalicsandtheresolutionorrecommendationandparagraphnumberindicatedbetweenbrackets.note:1)Tomeettherequirementsforremoteactivation,aremotecontrolunitisrequiredwhichiscapableofremoteactivationanddeactivationandfeeding"natureofdistress"informationtothesatelliteEPIRB.
