【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheestablishmentoftherequirementsforpre-patinated(artificiallyaged)coppersheetandstripinounce-weightthicknessessuppliedinflatlengthsforroofing,flashing,andotherarchitecturalapplications.1.2Thepre-patinatedsurfaceistheresultofchemicalreactionwiththecopperandshallbeappliedononesideoftheproduct.1.2.1Thepre-patinatedsurfaceformediscomparableincolorandabilitytobebentorformedtothesurfaceformedinnaturallyoccurringpatinatedcopper.1.3Thepre-patinatedsurfaceisnottheresultofcoatingapplicationssuchaspainting.1.4Materialsmadetothisspecificationarenotintendedtobeusedforelectricalapplications.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Note18212;AcompanionspecificationforcoppersheetandstripforbuildingconstructionisSpecificationB370.1.6Thefollowingprecautionarystatementpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section12,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
