【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofjumpinggroundspinnersandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasjumpinggroundspinnersofcategory2inEN14035-2.Itisnotapplicabletojumpinggroundspinnerscontaininganyreportcharge.Itisnotapplicabletojumpinggroundspinnerscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedasmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,jumpinggroundspinnersareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:non-metallictubescontaininggas-andsparks-producingpyrotechniccomposition,withorwithoutanauralpyrotechniccomposition;—principaleffects:rotationonthegroundfrequentlyinterruptedbyajumpingmotionandemissionofsparksandflameswithorwithoutwhistlingeffect.SchemesfortypetestingofjumpinggroundspinnersandbatchtestingofjumpinggroundspinnersarespecifiedinAnnexAandAnnexBrespectively.
