【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60512,whenrequiredbythedetailspecification,isusedfortestingconnectors.Itmayalsobeusedforsimilardeviceswhenspecifiedinadetailspecification.Itisparticularly,butnotexclusively,suitableforconnectorswithremovablecontacts.Theobjectofthisdocumentistodetailastandardtestmethodtoassesstheeffectivenessoftheinterfacialsealingofaconnectoragainstingressofwaterbyexposuretolowpressurewhilstimmersedinasaltsolution.Itisintendedtoassesstheeffectivenessoftheinterfacialsealingmeansofconnectors.Further,ifanywiresorcontactsarenotfitted,itassessesthesealingofonecavityofaconnectorfromanother.

【摘要】:AppropriateapplicationofthispracticeshouldresultinanIDEachievablebymostlaboratoriesproperlyusingthetestmethodstudied.ThisIDEprovidesthebasisforanyprospectiveuseofthetestmethodbyqualifiedlaboratoriesforreliabledetectionoflow-levelconcentrationsofthesameanalyteastheonestudiedinthispracticeandsamemedia(matrix).TheIDEvaluesmaybeusedtocomparethedetectionpowerofdifferentmethodsforanalysisofthesameanalyteinthesamematrix.TheIDEprovideshighprobability(approximately95%)thatresultvaluesofthemethodstudiedwhichexceedtheIDErepresentpresenceofanalyteinthesampleandhighprobability(approximately99%)thatblanksampleswillnotresultinadetection.TheIDEprocedureshouldbeusedtoestablishtheinterlaboratorydetectioncapabilityforanyapplicationofamethodwhereinterlaboratorydetectionisimportanttodatause.TheintentofIDEisnottosetreportinglimits.1.1Thispracticeestablishesastandardforcomputinga99%/95%InterlaboratoryDetectionEstimate(IDE)andprovidesguidanceconcerningtheappropriateuseandapplication.ThecalculationsinvolvedinthispracticecanbeperformedwithDQCALC,MicrosoftExcel-basedsoftwareavailablefromASTM.1.2TheIDEiscomputedtobethelowestconcentrationatwhichthereis90%confidencethatasinglemeasurementfromalaboratoryselectedfromthepopulationofqualifiedlaboratoriesrepresentedinaninterlaboratorystudywillhaveatruedetectionprobabilityofatleast95%andatruenondetectionprobabilityofatleast99%(whenmeasuringablanksample).1.3Thefundamentalassumptionofthecollaborativestudyisthatthemediatested,theconcentrationstested,andtheprotocolfollowedinthestudyprovidearepresentativeandfairevaluationofthescopeandapplicabilityofthetestmethodaswritten.Whenproperlyapplied,theIDEprocedureensuresthatthe99%/95%IDEhasthefollowingproperties:1.3.1RoutinelyAchievableIDEValue8212;MostlaboratoriesareabletoattaintheIDEdetectionperformanceinroutineanalyses,usingastandardmeasurementsystem,atreasonablecost.Thispropertyisneededforadetectionlimittobepracticallyfeasible.RepresentativelaboratoriesmustbeincludedinthedatatocalculatetheIDE.1.3.2RoutineSourcesofErrorAccountedfor8212;TheIDEshouldrealisticallyincludesourcesofbiasandvariationwhicharecommontothemeasurementprocess.Thesesourcesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:intrinsicinstrumentnoise,sometypicalamountofcarryovererror,plusdifferencesinlaboratories,analysts,samplepreparation,andinstruments.1.3.3AvoidableSourcesofErrorExcluded8212;TheIDEshouldrealisticallyexcludeavoidablesourcesofbiasandvariation,thatis,thosewhichcanreasonablybeavoidedinroutinefieldmeasurements.Avoidablesourceswouldinclude,butarenotlimitedto:modificationstothesample,measurementprocedure,ormeasurementequipmentofthevalidatedmethod,andgrossandeasilydiscernibletranscriptionerrors(providedtherewasawaytodetectandeithercorrectoreliminatethem).1.3.4LowProbabilityofFalseDetection8212;TheIDEisatrueconcentrationconsistentwithameasuredconcentrationthreshold(criticalmeasuredvalue)thatwillprovideahighprobability,99%,oftruenondetection(alowprobabilityoffalsedetection,945;=1%).Thus,whenmeasuringablanksample,theprobabilityofnotdetectingtheanalytewouldbe99%.Tobeuseful,thismustbedemonstratedfortheparticularmatrixbeingused,andnotjustforreagentwater.1.3.5LowProbabilityofFalseNondetection8212;TheIDEshouldbeatrueconcentrationatwhichthereisahighprobability,atleast95%,oftruedetection(a......
